Verified Customer Reviews

Information on customer reviews according to § 5b para. 3 UWG:

Reviews on our website can only be submitted by customers with a registered user account, and only for products they have actually purchased from us. The review function is therefore only activated after a successful purchase.

Filtering measures for submitting product reviews:

• Reviews can only be submitted after full receipt of the goods.

Control measures for product reviews:

• Word filter: We use an automated word filter to prevent reviews containing terms from our word filter list from being displayed on our website at all. This is our attempt to prevent the publication of offensive, racist, or promotional reviews early on.
• Data protection filter: Incoming reviews are automatically scanned and filtered for data protection-relevant data that allows conclusions to be drawn about a person's identity (full names, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc.)

Manual review mechanisms:

• Manual review: Every incoming review is manually reviewed and checked by us. We check the content of the reviews for logical contradictions and other irregularities, among other things.
• Plausibility check: For the plausibility control, we consider the customer's entire review behavior and also inspect the content of the review. Here, we check whether the purchase and review of the product are in a temporal and spatial relationship to each other and whether there are any content-related contradictions. In doing so, we investigate whether the customer has actually used the product.

There is no stricter filtering of negative reviews or preferential treatment of positive reviews. As long as a review meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be published equally, regardless of whether it is formulated kindly, critically, or even disparagingly.

Review policy:

We would be delighted if you would like to review our products. For your review to be published, we ask you to observe the following guidelines when submitting your review:

• The review may, of course, contain your opinion and, if applicable, criticism. Any form of discrimination and insults, however, will not be tolerated.
• It is not permitted to post advertisements for other products in reviews.
• We do not allow reviews from so-called product testers. You must not have received any financial compensation for the review.
• Reviews must be based on your experience with the product and correspond to the truth. Any form of untrue statements and attempts at manipulation will not be tolerated.
• In the event of violations of our review policy, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block user accounts and the reviews submitted by them.
