Continuous Band of Solid Oak
The defining design feature is a continuous band of solid oak that winds from the bottom to the top. This naturally creates open, semi-open, and enclosed areas. Your cat can choose: observe from an elevated position with a clear view or retreat into a protected, semi-enclosed area. This very alternation of security and outlook corresponds to the natural behavior of cats and makes the scratching post attractive throughout the day.

XXL Scratching Post for Multiple and Large Cats
Three large, L-shaped lying surfaces with soft fur cushions offer ample space – even for several cats simultaneously or for large breeds like Maine Coon. Each lying surface is adjoined by a wooden panel against which your cat can comfortably lean – this provides additional support and a sense of security. The entire cat scratching post is deliberately large and very stably dimensioned, so that even wild frolicking and simultaneous use by multiple animals are no problem.

Continuous, Ergonomic Scratching Post
A continuous scratching post connects the levels and also serves as a climbing and scratching surface. The ergonomic shape allows your cat to grasp the post from the side – like a tree branch in nature. An overhang at the top facilitates climbing and provides a secure hold. The scratching surface is made of durable felt and ensures natural claw care and stress relief.

What years of experience with many cats teach us: cats love felt! When climbing, they find particularly good grip and can sharpen their claws perfectly. This makes playing, romping, and climbing even more attractive – and at the same time protects their claws, as nothing gets caught. We develop and manufacture our felt specifically for use as a scratching surface. Through thermal densification, it achieves the necessary hardness and thus a secure hold – making it particularly robust and durable.

Thoughtful Design
A heavy base plate ensures a secure, tilt-stable stand – the basis for the scratching post to stand firmly even with large cats and intensive use. In summer, the plate also has a pleasantly cooling effect, on which cats like to lie down. Thus, the base plate itself becomes a favorite spot.

The washable cushions made of cuddly artificial fur are securely fixed with 3M adhesive dots and can be removed without leaving any residue. For the well-being of animals, we deliberately avoid real fur. 

Toys from the STYA System
Through integrated threads on the underside of the lying surfaces, all toys from the STYA system can be mounted directly on the scratching post. This allows you to expand the furniture with additional play options at any time, and there are always new adventures for your cat.

Durable Instead of Disposable
As with all STYA products, the wear parts are replaceable. The MS410 is therefore not a disposable product, but a full-fledged piece of furniture that lasts a cat's lifetime.
