The MS210 cat scratching post is a premium cat furniture piece. It doesn't look like a classic scratching post, but rather stands as a complete piece of furniture in your home. Its elongated, staggered resting surfaces give your cat room to stretch, climb, and observe – while you maintain your modern living ambiance.

Design Object & Room Divider in One
With its delicate strut structure, the MS210 looks like a sculpture and is ideal as a room divider between the living and dining areas. There is no front or back – the furniture can be placed freely and is an eye-catcher from all sides. The light oak wood harmonizes particularly well with many parquet floors and blends warmly into modern interiors.

XXL Comfort for Large Cats like Maine Coon
The three equally sized resting surfaces are deliberately generously dimensioned so that even large breeds can fully stretch out. The staggered arrangement of the levels creates both open viewing spots and protected retreats. This way, your cat can find the right spot depending on its mood.

Thoughtful Design
The struts are not only a design element but also an active play area: your cat can reach through them and play. In addition, any toy from the STYA SYSTEM can be mounted on the underside of the lying surfaces, inviting play and hunting. This means toys can be swapped in no time – for constant variety and to prevent boredom. This way, the scratching post grows with your cat's preferences and remains consistently exciting.

The washable cushions made of soft faux fur and the damping felt pads are securely attached with 3M adhesive dots and can be removed without leaving residue. For the sake of animal welfare, we deliberately avoid real fur in our cushions.

The upper ends of the struts are fitted with protective caps to prevent your cat from getting injured.

The base plate made of powder-coated metal offers a pleasantly cool resting surface in summer and, together with its high dead weight, ensures a secure, tilt-stable stand.

Clever Slot-in System for the Scratching Surface
The scratching surface sits in a metal frame into which it is simply inserted – firmly, securely, and without slipping. Two inlays are included: one made of felt and one of sisal. This gives you the free choice and allows you to customize the scratching surface according to your cat's preferences.

Each inlay is reversible and has a scratching surface on both sides. A stable wooden core gives your cat a secure grip when sharpening its claws. If one side is worn out, simply flip the inlay over and use the second side – this doubles its lifespan. Only when both sides are worn out do you use a new inlay: a simple, quick, and cost-effective replacement, without any tools.

The scratching surface is tailored to your cat's ergonomics. It is so long and wide that your cat can stretch to its full length while scratching – ideal especially for large cats. A slight overhang of the scratching surface over the resting surface additionally helps them climb up.

Why Felt?
Our many years of experience with numerous cats show: cats love felt! It provides excellent grip for climbing and sharpening claws. Playing, romping, and climbing are even more fun – while protecting their claws and preventing snagging. Our specially developed felt is manufactured specifically for use as a scratching surface. Thermal compression provides the necessary hardness and ensures a secure grip – making the felt particularly robust and durable.

Durable instead of Disposable
As with all STYA products, wear parts are replaceable. The MS210 is therefore not a disposable product, but a complete piece of furniture that lasts a cat's lifetime.
