The scratching post KS100 combines a climbing pole and a scratching surface in one compact wall-mounted piece of furniture – making it a functional highlight of your cat's climbing wall. Flexibly mountable & versatile in use
Thanks to wall mounting, the KS100 is particularly space-saving and ideal for small rooms or previously unused corners. The special feature: the scratching post can be mounted not only vertically but also at an angle – making it a catwalk or bridge within your climbing wall. Whether as a connection between wall steps, for reaching cabinets and ceiling beams, or on narrow wall sections such as columns – you open up completely new, previously inaccessible areas for your cat and create more variety and fun. Also available in 150 cm as scratching post KS150. All materials are of such high quality that everything can be reassembled again and again – even after every move, the scratching post can be easily removed and reassembled. Stable and safe for your cat – perfect for wild romping and climbing.

Thoughtful design down to the last detail
The stable metal core with high-quality powder coating and a fine sand surface in black or white blends discreetly into any modern home – not recognizable as classic cat furniture. No visible screws – for a particularly clean appearance. The ergonomic shape allows cats to grasp the pole sideways – like a tree branch in nature. Even large cats like Maine Coons can easily grasp the pole. The end plates are also equipped with felt and serve as a standing surface for the cat as well as for pulling themselves up during climbing. The mounting clips can be left visible or, if desired, covered with the included narrow felt strips – entirely to your taste.

Why felt?
Our many years of experience with numerous cats show: cats love felt! It provides an excellent grip for climbing and sharpening claws. Playing, romping, and climbing are even more fun – while protecting the claws and preventing snagging. Our specially developed felt is manufactured specifically for use as a scratching surface and stretched tightly around the metal element. Thermal compaction provides the necessary hardness and ensures a secure hold – making the felt particularly robust and resistant.

Durable instead of disposable product
As with all STYA products, wear parts are replaceable: if one side of the felt is worn out, simply turn it over and use the second side – thus doubling its lifespan. Only when both sides are worn out do you insert a new felt scratching surface – without dismantling the piece of furniture from the wall. Not a disposable product, but a full-fledged piece of furniture that lasts a cat's lifetime.

Everything included
The scope of delivery includes Fischer brand dowels, color-coordinated stainless steel screws with Torx drive, a full-fledged screwdriver with magnetic function, and a 1:1 drilling template for easy assembly.
